General F.A.Q
Funny you should ask? There are otters at Otter Bay, mostly seen on the decks of the marina or out on a paddleboard or kayak. Advise children and dogs to steer clear if you see one. You may see resident seals, whales may swim by or see sea lions on seal rock.
No, the Otter Bay Marina Property is a separate business but we can use the adult pool, washrooms and cafe. Please observe the rules set by the marina while using any marina facilities. The fire pits are for Marina guests.
Please conserve water at all times, as we rely on well water and we have a limited supply.
Cottages operate on a septic system, so please place only biodegradable waste into the toilet (no sanitary products or chlorine bleach products).
No, but it is a magical place to quietly paddle or canoe and see more otters. There is a dock for swimming at the far side.
